## Description

Based on a tool created by @LovedayBrooke available from http://gender-decoder.katmatfield.
com/

This tool is intended to allow recruiters to check if a job description will appeal
more to a male or female candidate

Allows the user to add the shortcode [gender-decoder] to their site to display a
simple form and php function that will check for words often used to target men 
or women in job adverts

TODO:
 Refactor styling Expand shortcode function to allow for more optionality 
in plugin display
